breaking all of what used to be my rules and releasing into the unknown. that’s been the pattern of #beersbigideas while on the roadtrip across africa. each day is filled with new people, new cultures, new foods, new adventures…and of course new beers. the journey of letting go, releasing the need for certain outcomes and simply receiving each day for what it is has been deeply invigorating. the energy that infuses a day when entered with this approach has overwhelmed me when i think of the possibilities beyond this trip. like driving down a roadway and hitting the exact timing of all green lights there’s been something subtle that just clicks into place when the chains of expectations are broken….freedom.
